April 29, 2011, was declared as “BRAHMRISHI SHRI KUMAR SWAMI JI DAY” by the New York State Senate. 

The proclamation cited that ” His Holiness BRAHMRISHI SHRI KUMAR SWAMI JI is one of the most renowned and revered spiritual leaders of India; his 310 million followers around the world love and respect him for his humanitarian efforts and his lessons of tolerance and respect for all humansHis Holiness BRAHMRISHI SHRI KUMAR SWAMI JI is working towards building a peaceful world free from violence, hatred and strife; his Holiness is clearly deserving of such recognition for his powerful message and extensive humanitarian work on behalf of those most in need. On behalf of the New York State Senate I, Senator Jack M.
